Whether to wear a bracelet or not? It depends on the dress. If it has long sleeves then you may feel that is enough. If your Coursage is particularly fancy you may not want to detract from it.
If you do choose to wear a bracelet you may have a favourite one already. You may even borrow one as part of "something borrowed, something blue".
